Limited release by the Rokkosan Distillery, overlooking the city of Kobe from Mount Rokko.

First appearance in Europe – exclusively released in July 2025.

Fresh and lively aroma of top-grade Yoshino cedar wood and a taste reminiscent of apricots, dried fruits, and honey. For this whisky, carefully selected 5 years old Scottish malt whisky was finished during approximately 2 months in top-grade Yoshino cedar ‘taru’ casks of 72 liters, formerly used by the world renown Kikumasamune sake brewery (°1659) in the Nada district at the foot of Mount Rokko.

To preserve the delicate flavors of kimoto-style produced traditional sake, this unique whisky is not chill-filtered and exclusively released at cask strength (58,0%).
