Refund policy

 

Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the delivery date. However, for opened bottles (i.e. bottles whose screw cap or seal was broken) you cannot exercise the right of return.

In case of a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us by email (info@flexum.be) within 30 days of the purchase date. Confirm to us that you wish to return your ordered product(s), preferably indicating the order number and the reason for the return. This is not obligatory, but helps us to process your shipment quickly and improve our service.
Pack your product(s) as well as possible in closed packaging to avoid damage during transport.
Send the package via an approved parcel service to the address below. Package returns are at the customer's expense. Shipping address: Flexum b.v., Oude Putsebaan 122, 2580 Putte, Belgium.
Upon receipt of the package, the full amount will be refunded within 14 calendar days. The amount is automatically refunded using the same payment method with which the original transaction was made.
