Gassan means "between mountain and moon" and refers to the castle that
built on the mountain near the Yoshida Brewery (°1743), located in a region known for its pure spring water.

Convenient "demi-size" of 360ml to share during a special moment. This sparkling sake is also available in a larger size (720ml).

Food pairing tips: serve chilled as an aperitif or with light dishes such as shrimp salad or vitello tonnato.
